STAFF
Our job is to manage the overall direction of the non-profit choral organization's arch. To promote its welfare and elevate the choir to national and international status. To continually grow the choir so that we can generate awareness of our group in CDMX, New York, San Francisco, London or Paris. To establish financial avenues for the continuation and expansion of the organization, and to establish scholarships to help those with financial difficulties.

ADVERTISING
Gather and disseminate information to the public Gather and maintain communication with officials, and gather and maintain groups of assistants to disseminate and pass on information.
ARTISTIC ACCOMPANISTS
Support the artistic director during rehearsals by providing tones, accompaniment and/or practical training during a rehe
SINGERS
Respectfully participate in the rehearsal and performance process. Become a member, pay designated dues, and attend rehearsals and concerts according to guidelines established by the board of directors.

TREASURER
Maintain and provide regular financial reports, transmit/share documentation of activities with successors.
Nancy Marie Sweeney
SECRETARY
To document all meetings, distribute the meetings’ minutes, and to record any and all activities from all contingent committee chairpersons. Create and maintain organizational reports, pass on/ share activity documentation with successors.
